AUTO AUCTION FAQ
All vehicles and items are sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". All vehicles and items sold are without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability. You are responsible for conducting your own independent inspections, investigations, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the items.
The inspection of vehicles or items is the day before the auction. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate any vehicle or item and all related vehicle information before placing any bid or purchasing any vehicle or item.
A buyer’s premium will be collected on every vehicle/item.
Applicable sales tax will be collected on every vehicle/item.
You cannot “pick and choose” which vehicle/item you wish to purchase. Bid only on what you want to purchase.
You must pay for all items under your name or bidding number. You are responsible for every action under your name and will have to pay for all items.
You will need to register for each auction you wish to participate in by using your HiBid username and password.
You are responsible for upkeeping and maintaining your registration information and password. Auto Auctions Inc. cannot reset your password. If you need assistance, please contact HiBid directly at 1-844-775-4774.
By registering and bidding, you agree to all terms and conditions. All Terms of Sale are non-negotiable and irrevocable.
Read and Review ALL terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read and review Terms and Conditions prior to bidding. If you have not read and reviewed the Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in the auction.
Titles will be available for pick up at 100 Auction Way, Nashville, TN 37207. Titles will not be automatically mailed, and it is your sole responsibility to pick up and maintain the titles.
No duplicate titles available.
Temporary tags are available for purchase. No permanent, yearly, or hard plate tags are available at this location. Please go to your local DMV.
Auto Auctions Inc. is not responsible for internet malfunctions, loss of connection or system glitches that may prevent you from placing bids.
During the bidding process, it is important to refresh your page regularly to view accurate bids. The bid displayed on your page at the time of logging on may not reflect the current highest bid. We recommend refreshing your page often, especially during the final minutes of bidding for a vehicle or item.
Do not wait until the last minute to bid; if the system is busy, your bids may not be processed – especially during the countdown or closing of a vehicle or item.
All sales are final.
