How to Bid

• Go to www.colsonauctions.hibid.com
• Scroll to the auction labeled as Auto Auctions Inc. with the Date of the auction you wish to participate in.
• Once you have found the correct Auto Auction date, look at the bottom of the box and select the box labeled “Register” with a gavel symbol.
• Enter your username and password into the appropriate box. You must have already registered and created an account with Hibid to register for any auction.
• To Prebid on vehicles before the auction sale date, select the green Icon labeled “Pre-bidding Open”. Next, select the plus (+) icon and enter the amount you wish to bid.
• To bid LIVE on vehicles on sale day, select the red icon labeled as “Live Webcast Auction”. Then select play live audio/video to see and hear the auction. To place a bid, swipe the black bar to the left. The amount shown in the box is what you are bidding.

Online bidding is to be understood as a binding contract. Bids will be taken with the understanding that the bidder will honor their winning bid with sufficient funds including all applicable taxes, buyers premium, and fees. Do not bid if you do not intend to pay.
