• You cannot “pick and choose” which item you wish to purchase. Bid only on what you want to purchase.
• You must pay for all items under your name or bidding number. You are responsible for every action under your name and will have to pay for all items.

• Firearm Purchasing Regulations in Tennessee states that a firearm must be shipped to a licensed dealer for transfer and the buyer must undergo a background check before taking possession of the firearm.
• You will pay at the auction location at 5453 Tennessee Central Rd. Chapel Hill TN with cash and obtain a receipt that you will take to Tennessee Armory and Outdoor Supply.
• All rifles, shotguns, pistols, and firearms of any sort will have a $ 35.00 cash per transfer fee and will need to be picked up at Tennessee Armory and Outdoor Supply located at 2109 Crutcher Road, Chapel Hill, TN 37034 phone number 615-944-1050.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and adhere to all applicable laws when purchasing firearms.
